In 1996, Rene Diane entered beauty school to become a manicurist. Connecting deeply with the industry, she met talented barber and beauty professionals whose brand presence didn't reflect the high quality of their work. Combining her skills in photography and graphic arts, she created Your Eccentric Style Barber & Beauty Network in 2009 to elevate and support these artists.
For years, Rene designed websites, logos, and branded images to help professionals stand out. Yet she came to realize that polished visuals alone couldn't change what was happening behind the brand. Backed by ongoing education in business, digital marketing, and digital media, Rene built a practice rooted in real-world experience—sharpening her ability to see overlooked details, connect critical dots, and bring clarity to what deserves attention.
